Updates to Personal Information should be made within your EOL account.

Registrations are processed up to five minutes after the event start time. Please note that any registrations submitted after this time will not be processed.

Please note that we may be unable to facilitate live closed captioning requests if registration occurs less than seven days prior to the event date. In the event that we are unable to facilitate this, we will provide a post-event transcript to accompany the recording of the event. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

To register delegates for our training and deliver the session, we will need to process your personal data. We may also contact you afterwards to request feedback, which helps us continually improve our services.

Please note that this training event will be recorded. We routinely record all training sessions—both online and in person—to meet our regulatory obligations, support service delivery, and to help us monitor and demonstrate the quality and fairness of our training. Your participation and any contributions you make (spoken or otherwise) may be captured in the footage.

The recording will only be used for internal purposes unless you are informed otherwise during or after the session. A reminder will be given at the start of the event.
