This free online training supports teachers delivering Pearson Edexcel GCSE Business.
The session offers a particular focus on helping lower-attaining learners access, and respond successfully to, 9- and 12-mark questions.
The session explores common barriers students face with extended response questions and shares practical strategies to support understanding, structure and exam confidence.
You will:
• explore the demands of 9- and 12-mark questions in GCSE Business
• consider typical challenges lower-attaining learners face with extended responses
• gain practical strategies to support students in planning, structuring and developing effective answers
• look at how mark scheme expectations can be translated into accessible classroom support and feedback.

We will also be releasing a copy on our YouTube channel, accessible via the Professional Development Academy, later in the term.
