Details:
This free online training supports teachers delivering the Pearson Edexcel GCSE Computer Science specification. The session focuses on developing effective approaches to teaching questions in Paper 2.
You will:
• be shown a deep dive into questions that have not performed as well in Paper 2
• be shown mark schemes and the PLS to understand how to improve student performance
• learn about Pearson's contribution to addressing the gender gap in computer science
• discover additional support and resources for teaching GCSE Computer Science.
Please note: A recording of the event will be available to attendees within three days of the event.
We will also be releasing a copy on our YouTube channel, accessible via the Professional Development Academy, later in the term.
This event counts as 1.5 hours of CPD. You will receive a certificate via email after the event.
