This training is for teachers of Pearson Edexcel A Level Economics A and provides feedback and insights on the summer 2026 exam series. The session identifies key observations related to candidate performance highlighted in the examiner report and provides strategies to help with your planning for the year ahead.
You will:
• look at candidate performance from the summer 2026 exam series
• review key observations and trends identified in the examiner reports
• explore these key observations in more detail using annotated exemplars
• discover teaching and learning strategies to address challenges identified.
The examiner reports are accessible from the Pearson Edexcel qualification page from the end of August 2026.
Please note: A recording of the event will be available to attendees within three days of the event. We will also be releasing a copy on our YouTube channel, accessible via the Professional Development Academy, later in the term.
This event counts as 1.5 hours of CPD. You will receive a certificate via email after the event.
